Step 3. Using my system, clients become professional buyers within a 2-week experience ( 30-45 minutes per day and up to 2-4 hours on weekends). I can help them to solve the secrets and mysteries of our Dada base MLS. I will show you how to use MLS to successfully buy your home. I can help you create the big picture. By leveraging automatic notifications and other techniques, my clients can access all relevant information sources, enabling them to make informed decisions.
Step 4. I can organise an effective system to showcase new places, saving you time and resources (including personal showings and open houses).
Step 5. My goal is to prepare my client to make an informed offer. I will show you all the strategies in the offering procedure (starting with the evaluation of this home to build the appropriate negotiation plan). With 30 + years of experience, I will guide you through the best way to negotiate the best price and condition for your purchase.
Step 6. After the negotiation and acceptance of your offer, I will provide the best possible guidance on conducting any type of inspection for your new home (I work with the best home inspectors in town).I will show you how to read the strata document (we will do it together) and how to conduct the physical inspection (we will talk about it at the time of our meeting)
Step 7. After all subjects are removed, and the clients have already paid the deposits, I remain with my clients to help them organize the best possible way to move in /move out and minimize stress during this procedure.
Step 8. I am with my client at the final stage of closing to avoid any discrepancies during legal closing and ensure a successful key handover.
